Attention App Users:

If you are unable to login to the app and you can only see "blue dots", you will need to re-install the app for it to start working again.

From the home screen hold the icon down for 5ish seconds, it will then woble and a small "X" will appear on the icon. Tap on the small "X" and say 'Delete' to the pop-up 'Delete "VIPSMobile"?'
